Morning Moon

It’s Wednesday night on the bay, and the seven-day forecast looks incredible. Above-freezing daily temperatures will get rivers flowing, and colder nights will keep good ice well past walleye season. Reports of the tight-lipped walleyes are already starting to eat again. The forecast, barometric pressure, and the moon are all lining up for a good finish to February. Travel on the bay has improved, thanks to the wind blowing recent accumulations elsewhere. However, elsewhere is where you might get stuck, so stay out of there if possible. All landings are looking great, depending on where you want to fish. With the warmer weather, pressure cracks are certainly going to change. Picture today is A Waning Gibbous Moon setting over Gladstone at sunrise.

Increasing your odds,
