Not much to report on ice conditions as it changes by the minute. The Kipling pressure crack has flattened out and gaps of open water separating the ice range from inches to yards apart. It’s spitting ice and rain right now on the Bay. Forecasted the next couple days is brilliant sunshine and overnight temperatures below freezing. A little late! Walleye season closes March 15th and ice is sure to be out prior that. Until the ice is gone, we’ll be conducting WILCraft demonstrations and continue to fish from these incredible amphibious machines as long as we can.
