A welcome layer of snow is developing on the Bay right now and we are forecasted to get 2 to 4 inches by morning. Which is great because I’m sure everyone is tired of the skating rink. It looks like the cold temps going forward are going to be very favorable for ice conditions to get us into March. There’s 15” of ice average on the Upper Bay north of the Narrows by Gladstone. The landings are looking good and travel is effortless. Obviously ice conditions change by the day, if not by the hour.  Stop by the shop before heading out and take a look at a map. We’ll point out all the places you should absolutely never go. Are they catching fish? Some do, some don’t, some will, some won’t. Cameron did! Nice fish!
