The ice is tight and the temperature are down to the mid teens tonight before the warmer forecasts takes over tomorrow and continue the next few days. There is considerably less slush after the last two cool nights. Big Eyes are pushing into the shallows to feed and an abundance of fish are cruising the mud flats. Pressure on the Bay for a Friday is considerably light. Reports of the red and blues flashing at the Days River landing led me to the top of the Bay to check things out. Seems a truck went in by Garth Point. I’ve yet to get a visual, but I am certain it’s somewhere you’re not supposed to be walking let alone have a vehicle. It’s a very clear night, but you can still get disoriented out there if your not familiar. The Days River Landing in particular is pitch black with no type of beacon. I’m sure I’ll have more details tomorrow.

Increasing your odds,
