The above 32° temps have knocked down the snow an inch or two. The wind has picked up as usual and will continue with the warmer weather this week. Travel on the Bay is pretty good. You can still find plenty of snow and slush in spots sure to grab and not let go easily. It’s tough to navigate deep areas during the day as snow blindness makes everything you see look the same….Surprise! Your buried. It’s much easier to navigate before sunrise or after sunset. Headlights create shadows off the drifts helping to navigate potential obstacles getting to your spot….and will get you out there early and keep you out there late. Because we close at at 7:00, Lacy got to take a ride with me out on the Bay to check on our guests one last time for the night.

Increasing your odds,
